Assembly Tips

Our kits are DIY-friendly, but here are some tips to make installation easier:

Check all components before starting

Lay out your materials in the order of assembly

Use a flat, stable surface for preparation

Have your tools ready: drill, level, tape measure, ladder, etc.

Follow the step-by-step guide carefully. Measure twice, cut once!

For large kits, consider having a second person to assist you

Incomplete or Damaged Delivery

We take care to pack all kits securely. We have rigorous quality control systems to ensure your Aussie-made products come to you in top condition. If your delivery is missing parts or arrives damaged, please:

NOTE: You must inspect your kit immediately upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if anything is missing or arrives damaged. Please provide your order number and photos of the issue via support@auspatiosdirect.com.au or call 1300 565 567.

We will review your claim and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

We offer free delivery to most of Southeast QLD and NSW.

Delivery timeframes are confirmed at checkout (usually 3–4 weeks for standard kits)

For regional or remote areas, contact us to confirm delivery options

Returns

Because kits are made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If there’s an issue with your kit, we’ll work with you to resolve it quickly.
