Once your order has passed our Check & Measure process, it goes into production. We'll let you know when it ships. Please find below general tracking information.

Because your patio or carport kit is custom made and delivered by freight, tracking it works a little differently to a standard parcel. Here’s exactly what happens after you order, and how to check where things are at.

What happens after you order

  • You place your order.
  • We confirm it with a check and measure call to make sure every detail is right before anything is made.
  • Any remaining balance is paid, and your kit then enters production.
  • Around two weeks later your kit is ready to ship. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with your delivery details.

How to track your delivery

Your shipping confirmation email is your main point of reference. It will include the details you need to follow your delivery, including any tracking reference where one is available. Because kits are delivered by crane-truck freight rather than standard parcel post, tracking is provided in that email rather than through your online account, and our team coordinates the delivery date directly with you.
