We want paying for your patio kit to be as easy as the rest of the process. Here's how you can pay and how your payment details are kept secure.

Payment methods we accept

You can pay securely online at the checkout using:

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express and UnionPay
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay
  • Shop Pay

Phone and manual orders

If you place an order with our team over the phone, we can also arrange payment by electronic funds transfer (EFT) on request. Just ask, and we’ll provide our bank details and confirm your order once payment has been received.

Paying by deposit

For eligible orders, you can secure your patio kit with a 50% deposit at checkout rather than paying in full upfront. You pay 50% of your order total when you place your order, and we then invoice you for the remaining balance. The balance must be paid in full before your order enters production, and you pay it through the secure payment link included in your invoice. Your card details are not stored and the balance is not charged automatically.

You can cancel a deposit order and receive a full refund of your deposit at any time before the balance is paid in full and production begins. Once full payment is received and production begins, your order is custom-made and cannot be cancelled for change of mind, subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Secure payments

Online payments are processed through Shopify Payments using industry-standard encryption, and the platform is certified to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Your full card details are handled securely by the payment provider and are never stored on our own servers.

Pricing and GST

All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. For orders paid in full, payment is taken at the time you place your order. If you use our deposit option, your payment is taken in two parts as described above. For details on refunds and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, please see our Refunds & Returns page.
