Payment methods we accept

You can pay securely online at the checkout using:

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express and UnionPay
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay
  • Shop Pay

Phone and manual orders

If you place an order with our team over the phone, we can also arrange payment by electronic funds transfer (EFT) on request. Just ask, and we’ll provide our bank details and confirm your order once payment has been received.

Secure payments

Online payments are processed through Shopify Payments using industry-standard encryption, and the platform is certified to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Your full card details are handled securely by the payment provider and are never stored on our own servers.

Pricing and GST

All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Payment is taken at the time you place your order. For details on refunds and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, please see our Refunds & Returns page.
